Is 8 our lucky number?

I know I am behind in a few posts and will get those up soon, but I had to comment today. As I was watching the Today show this morning, they had a segement on "count down to the olympics." It just so happens that the day the olympics start is also our expected due date for our little girl, 8-8-08! As of today there are 88 days until then. Shae thinks I am weird and there is nothing special about that day, but I think it would very neat if we had our baby on 8-8-08. Besides that I am a huge fan of the olympics. What do you think?

I know how you feel about the Olympics. I think that it would be so great to have your little girl at the start of the Olympics and I think that and 8/8/08 birthday would be cool. Just keep telling her that is the day she's going to be born. :)

I voting for 8-8-08. My due date was 7-7-07, but my kids like to be late:(! Maybe yours will cooperate better!

My Mom was born on 8-8-48 and she's great so I think it would be a fine birthday.

08/08/08 will be a great birthday, but if she wants to be early, there is nothing wrong with Grandma's birthday, 08/05/08. Love Mom

I think it would be so fun to have a birthday on 8-8-08. Maybe you can watch some Olympics while in labor?!!! I have to agree with your mom too. I think it would be special to have her grand baby on her birthday too. Although sharing a birthday doesn't make it seem so special too... but it is fun to have someone else too. I am just rambling on. 8 is a great number.

You can watch the olympics while in the hospital! :) We're excited for your shower. Next week . . . time is flying by!

That reminds me of how we met over the Olympics in your classroom! I hope she comes on 8-8!
