The previous post was about hard things, but we have been having fun too. Here are just a couple highlights.
Aiden is holding Grandma Susi's prize cucumber. I have never seen a cucumber that big. We should enter it into a fair or something. I wish I could say she babied it and coerced it to grow this big but it was a forgotten cucumber Shae found when he was cleaning up mom's garden.

Beth, I am so glad you were able to make it to church. You need to refill you jar, right? I am missing being with you. I am glad that you have such great friends there to help out. I want you to know that all you have to do is give me a call. I'll be an ear if you need it or I can come and help if you need it. I love you and your mom so so much. That cucumber is amazing. And so glad you were able to (finally) get back to church as a family. I know how you missed it.
I am so glad to read an update about your family. You are a trooper, and I know your mom is grateful for all of your sacrifice and support. I love all the funny stories along the way.

Holy Cucumber! It's almost the size of your kid! Your family is so dang cute too!
You guys look so great! I bet Aiden loved every minute with his Mommy. Brooklyn is ADORABLE! I loved her little Sunday dress. Just imagine what kind of pickle that cucumber could become...mmmmmm!!!
That cucumber is huge! I love all the pictures! How wonderful to go to church as a family again.
Oh I am glad that you are able to have some happy moments at such a hard time. Hey listen my girls and husband are in MI this weekend, so I dunno, if you and your mom want to get pedicures or something I would love to watch your cute little ones. E-mail me.
